Terms for using Meal Prep Direct, operated by Hearth Dispatch.
Product scope
Meal Prep Direct connects customers with cooks and chefs for scheduled in-home meal-prep sessions.
Hearth Dispatch provides shared account, payment, payout, support, document review, and trust infrastructure.
Provider relationship
Chefs may be independent providers unless a different employment model is chosen and stated in writing.
Off-platform payment solicitation is not allowed because it removes payment protection, receipt reconciliation, support, and audit evidence.
Legal review
Jurisdiction-specific terms should be reviewed by counsel before live launch in each market.
