Cancellation Policy

How customer, chef, safety, and admin cancellations work for in-home prep bookings.

Customer cancellation

Cancellation terms are shown before payment and may vary by chef. Short-notice cancellations may owe a booking or labor fee for reserved time.

Chef cancellation

Chefs should cancel only when necessary and should contact support for illness, emergency, unsafe-home conditions, or access issues.

Unsafe home cancellation

A chef may leave or cancel without penalty if the home is unsafe, inaccessible, unsanitary, or materially different from the readiness checklist.
